I could pretty much end this post right here with this pic of the kids riding in the Red Trooper and everyone would know how awesome our trip to St. George was...ha! We took a day trip to Las Vegas and the kids loved it as I knew they would.
What a fun/crazy place! Dear sweet Craiger came along and helped manage the kids. What were we thinking taking 4 kids Mack to Las Vegas?! I am so glad Craig was there to have fun with us and help us with the masses of children that seem to be ours. Hunter loved all the fountains with free money in them. We walked and looked around all day and then dined at Dax's cousin Meesha's house there in Vegas. We had good food and a nice visit with her darling family. A perfect way to relax and end our day of fun!
We drove the strip on the way out of Vegas so the kids could see the lights. Oh, Hunter and I just had to show Preslie this beautiful "statue" in the Venetian. When Preslie realized it was alive, she screamed and ran!
Dax's Mom hosted her traditional egg hunt in the desert and of course it was a big hit!
She also let us try our hand at Ventriloquism. It is difficult and we had some great laughs trying out Ventriloquist tips that came with the dummy.
Nadine is such a fun and sweet Grandma. She did flannel board stories and songs with the kids, gave them money for Vegas souveniers, and cooked a delicious Easter turkey dinner for us.
She also treated us to frozen yogurt and a trip to a really cool park in St. George. It has a modern and unconventional playground that the kids loved. (click collage to enlarge)
