This dinner was really yummy. I love coming home from church and smelling a roast cooking as I walk through the door. I love hot rolls. And I love that my husband got almost everything ready for this meal (he makes gravy from scratch, people). Takes the pressure off being a good "Mormon mom" that makes Sunday dinner for her family. My job? Instant mashed potatoes and some veggies...this is the life.8/26/07
